When transport insurance has been taken out with the freight forwarder, we help you file the claim, assembling the photo evidence built up before the factory departure. The payout is the insurer’s decision: we never promise a reimbursement.
The rates depend on the exact customs code provided by the manufacturer; we validate the nomenclature with the declarant before payment.
A rough, project-dependent estimate: sourcing and quotations usually take from a few days to two weeks, then sea transit is measured in weeks, depending on the destination and the option chosen. Every project gets its own costed schedule.
